Eating healthy is the major key to weight maintenance and weight loss. Forget the weight pills and fad diets. Nature intends man to have a perfect balance of weight according to the height and physical make up. Who ever heard of overweight 50 years ago. Finding overweight people was a rarity in those days when food habits were healthy.
Here is a list of all that you can do to lead a perfectly health and life.
Eat a veriety of food derived from vegetable sources. Better if the vegetable and plant food sources are organically grown.
Herbal Foods are best for building a good immunity against disease. Many Herbal Foods have a inbuilt protection against weight gain due to being fat free and herbal medicinal components which prevent fat accretion
Avoid all foods derived from animals and poultry sources as they are high levels of fats and dead foods.
Eat very less or altogether avoid food rich in sugar especially the refined sugar and sugary soft drinks.
Cook the food in a safe and hygienic manner. Boiled, steamed and baked food is better than the fried and oil rich varieties.
Avoid salt. It should not be more than 6 gms at best in a day. Cured, processed and packed foods have very high salt content for preservation. It is best to avoid such food items.
Maintaining good fat free physical condition requires very simple and easy steps as outlined above. This alone with a little bit of walking can cut your weight by about two to three Kilograms a month.
Live safe and a fat free life and you can cut your medical bills too in the bargain.
